The Challenge
Bayshore Royal is an occupied high-rise condominium on Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa, built in the 1920s. The board’s main concerns were the impact on owners during the work and whether the finished product would meet their expectations. The building’s unusual profile — a projecting top floor and balconies on every face — made access a challenge.
Our Approach
We walked the board through the plan before work began and coordinated with FirstService Residential and residents across all 101 units throughout the project. Our crews combined a mast climber, suspended swing stages, and a boom lift to reach every part of the building, addressed issues as they came up, and kept the property clean and orderly while owners lived on site.
The Result
The project was completed on schedule and on budget, and we stood behind the finished product until it met the board’s standards as well as our own.

What Our Clients Say
“What stood out most was the pride they took in their workmanship and the dignity they brought to the project. … They didn’t simply complete the job and move on. They took ownership of the finished product and were willing to do whatever was necessary to make things right and ensure that the work met their standards as well as ours. … When the project was completed, it genuinely felt as though Bayshore Painters had brought Bayshore Royal back to life while preserving the character that makes the building special.”
Reece Gerdon, Board President, Bayshore Royal Condominium
“Our project finished on schedule and on budget. All crew members were very respectful and hard workers. I highly recommend Bayshore Painters and would love to have them on any future projects.”
