The Challenge
This 10-building, 314-unit apartment community in Clearwater stayed fully occupied while its breezeways, stairwells and unit doors were repainted. Greystar needed the work done one building at a time, with as little disruption to residents as possible. Each surface, from fiber-cement siding and wood trim to metal doors and stair systems, needed its own primer and finish under the Sherwin-Williams specification.
Our Approach
We worked building by building and coordinated every schedule with Greystar’s site team, so residents knew when their breezeway was next. Fiber-cement siding, trim, stair systems, unit doors and garage doors were coated to the specified Sherwin-Williams system, with the right primer for each surface. We walked every building with the crew and finished touch-ups before moving on to the next.
The Result
The breezeways, stairwells and unit doors in all 10 buildings, plus the community’s garage doors, were repainted while residents stayed at home, with every building walked and touched up before the crew moved on.
